Code of Conduct Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG

The key to sustainable corporate success lies in a company-wide corporate culture characterized by integrity, ethics and personal responsibility. The ethical requirements for entrepreneurial activity and in the workplace are becoming increasingly demanding.

Our Code of Conduct is the guiding framework for all employees of Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies. It combines our commitment to compliance with the law with our special requirements for ethical behavior. It makes a claim on ourselves, but at the same time it is a promise to the outside world.

Our Code of Conduct is dynamic and does not close itself off to new standards of behavior. The binding legal standards can change – and guidelines can be used to specify the behavioral requirements.

Belonging to Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG and sharing its identity requires each individual to take responsibility. We are aware that our success and the company’s reputation, which is earned through the daily commitment of our employees, can be damaged by a single instance of misconduct. The rules of conduct must be observed. Misconduct is therefore not tolerated.
