Participation in the event is voluntary and takes place outside the obligations of the employment contract. Participation does not give rise to any claims under employment law.

§ 2 Personal responsibility and health suitability

Participating employees confirm that they are in a fit state of health to take part in the respective event. Participation is at the employee’s own risk.

§ 3 Liability

The company’s liability for damages, in particular for personal injury, property damage or financial loss arising in connection with participation in the event, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
This does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of the company or its vicarious agents.

Registration for the event is binding. If a registered person is unable to attend, please cancel in good time.

By participating, employees hereby declare their consent. Withdrawal is possible at any time with effect for the future.
