About REINER SCT - Conditions of participation
§ 1 General
These conditions of participation and data protection information apply to participation in the Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG competition.
§ 2 Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG in Furtwangen (REINER SCT).
§ 3 Participation requirements
1. all natural and legally competent persons over the age of 18 can participate. Employees of Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. the participant has provided his/her details for the competition legibly, completely and correctly.
3. the participant agrees that if he/she wins, his/her name and picture will be published on the Internet and in trade magazines.
4. participation is only possible within / up to the specified deadline. Legal recourse is excluded.
5 Participation is not dependent on an order.
6. the complete details of the competition must be submitted or sent in personally by the person entered in the address field.
7. the end of the competition will be announced; in the case of events, the end of the event applies.
8. only one entry per person is permitted.
§ 4 Profit
1. the prize will only be awarded once as advertised.
2. the prize draw will always take place after the end of the competition or event at the headquarters of Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG.
3. if, for unforeseeable reasons, the drawing of the prize cannot take place on the specified dates, the drawing will take place at a later date, which will be announced in good time.
4. the winner will be notified by e-mail.
§ 5 Liability
1. claims for damages against Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG in connection with the competition are excluded, as far as legally permissible, regardless of the legal grounds, unless Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG has violated legal obligations intentionally or through gross negligence.
2. furthermore, Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co KG is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website due to technical faults and events of force majeure that can be influenced as well as attacks by third parties against the competition website, if any.
§ 6 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
§ 7 Place of jurisdiction/applicable law
1. in the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, Villingen-Schwenningen is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
2. if the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves his/her place of residence abroad after participation, Villingen-Schwenningen is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

Processing of your personal data in the context of the competition
We process your personal data for the proper execution and handling of the competition and in particular for sending the prize.
The first name, surname and e-mail address of the respective participant are collected and stored for the purposes of the competition.
In order to send the prize, we also collect the surname, first name and address of the winner(s) and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.
The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).
If we publish the first name and surname of the winner(s) separately on our profile or fan page or announce them externally, for example in our online store, this will only be done with the prior express consent of the winner(s) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Storage duration
After the end of the competition, your personal data processed as part of the competition will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless you have given your effective consent for further processing (e.g. for sending the newsletter) and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in further storage.
