We have been developing and producing products for industrial image processing since 1997. With technological foresight and a keen sense for future developments, we recognize the signs of the times. Promising technologies from the consumer world are consistently developed further for industry: IDS made the USB interface suitable for industrial use in the camera sector. With our latest innovation IDS NXT, the complete system for the use of intelligent cameras, we want to make it easier for users to get started with AI-based image processing.

The challenge

The reason for this was our cloud CRM, which has announced that it will enforce MFA.

The solution

We now use it to secure several tools: CRM, meeting tool, remote maintenance. More will follow.

The results

We opted for the Authenticator because it does what it is supposed to do without a lot of bells and whistles. The introduction was quite simple. Instructions for setting up with the application were written, handed out to the users and that was it
