Successful use of timeCard time recording and access control at
JOKERJeans

JOKER Jeans is a renowned manufacturer of denim clothing based in Bönnigheim, Germany. The implementation of timeCard was carried out in cooperation with the sales partner ZahnerNet. ZahnerNet is an experienced provider of IT solutions and was responsible for project management and implementation at JOKER Jeans.

JOKER Jeans faced various challenges in the area of time recording and access control that needed to be overcome. The manual recording of working times was error-prone and time-consuming. There was also a need for efficient access control at certain doors and gates of the company. JOKER Jeans therefore needed a reliable and integrated solution to accurately record employees’ working times and improve access control.

The implementation of timeCard was carried out by ZahnerNet in close cooperation with JOKER Jeans. ZahnerNet took over the project management and ensured a smooth implementation of the solution. Together with JOKER Jeans, the requirements were analyzed and the timeCard-software was configured accordingly. ZahnerNet took care of the installation and integration of the time recording and access control devices as well as the training of JOKER Jeans employees in the correct use of the software.

Through the use of timeCard and the support of ZahnerNet, JOKER Jeans was able to achieve a number of positive results:

• Efficient time recording: The timeCard-solution enables accurate and efficient recording of working hours at JOKER Jeans. Employees can easily record their working hours via the timeCard-software, which leads to improved time accuracy and optimized payroll accounting.
• Improved access control: By implementing access control devices at selected doors and gates, JOKER Jeans has been able to increase security and control over access to the building. Authorized employees are granted access, while unauthorized persons are kept out.
• Professional project management: ZahnerNet supported JOKER Jeans throughout the entire project with professional project management. They ensured the smooth implementation of the timeCard-solution and were available as a competent contact for questions and concerns.

Conclusion: Thanks to the collaboration with ZahnerNet and the use of timeCard JOKER Jeans was able to make time recording and access control more efficient.
