The state-recognized physiotherapist/massage school e.V. introduced the timeCard time recording solution to enable working hours to be recorded regardless of location.
This goal was pursued in close cooperation with our service partner ZahnerNet. “Location-independent time recording was an important criterion for us in favor of timeCard time recording. “ says Dietmar Klingschat, deputy principal. ZahnerNet worked closely with Mr. Dietmar Klingschat, the deputy principal, who was responsible for the organization and planning of the project. In close coordination with the customer, ZahnerNet analyzed the requirements and developed a customized solution based on the timecard time recording.
At the start of the project, the timeCard blue (cloud solution) was implemented and the customer’s employees were trained accordingly.
The timeCard blue was initially the main tool for time recording.
Due to a lack of evaluation options and performance problems in the timeCard blue, the timeCard was also used centrally on the server. Employees record their time purely via the web terminal and the app. This makes it possible to record time directly with the students in the internship.
Reasons for the introduction of the timeCard Time recording
- Location-independent recording: The school recognized the need for employees to be able to record their working hours regardless of their location. With the timeCard time recording solution, employees can record their working hours via the web terminal and the mobile app. This allows them to enter their times conveniently from different locations, be it in the school building, at external assignments or during the internship.
- Flexibility and user-friendliness: The timeCard time recording solution offers employees a flexible and user-friendly method of recording their working hours. The intuitive user interface of the mobile app and the web terminal enables simple operation, regardless of location.
- Simplified administration: The central server integration of the REINER SCT system has simplified the administration of recorded working times. The data is collected automatically and can be easily evaluated and analyzed. This makes it much easier for the school’s personnel and administration team to record working hours.
- Accuracy and reliability: The timeCard time recording solution guarantees accurate and reliable recording of working times. By using the mobile app or the web terminal, employees can record their working times promptly and accurately. This leads to reliable time recording and prevents potential errors or discrepancies.

The introduction of the timeCard Time recording in combination with the timeCard blue has led to improved evaluability, reduced performance problems and flexible time recording for employees and students.
