At some point, the old clocking system simply had to come to an end. The SAILER management therefore looked around the Internet for a modern time recording system for the subsidiaries SAILER Umwelttechnik GmbH and SAILER Tanklager GmbH. Both subsidiaries have a total of 14 employees: fitters, drivers and warehouse workers.
"When we were looking for a suitable time recording system, we quickly came across REINER SCT and knew immediately that this was it," recalls Claudia Holzapfel, who manages the personnel at SAILER. So timeCard premium plus quickly landed in the digital shopping cart and after just a few days, the company's IT manager installed the timeCard base station on the wall in the entrance area. The SAILER terminal was connected to a PC via the RS-232 PC connection cable supplied. This means that time bookings can be made online, as they are transferred directly to the time recording software. Claudia Holzapfel is delighted:
"Since then, the administration of working and vacation times has been clear and quick."
"After just under six months, we are very satisfied with the handling," says Claudia Holzapfel. The employees have quickly got used to the fact that the transponder on their key ring has replaced the old time card. Working hours and vacation days are now child's play to manage. SAILER is also pleased with the certainty that, thanks to REINER SCT, the issue of time recording has been solved in a very innovative way with a convincing price-performance ratio.
