Lecture: “Digital worlds require digital skills”

Cem Karakaya, founder of the Blackstone432 team, is an expert on cybercrime and media literacy and gives lectures and workshops throughout Germany and internationally. After his training and studies at the Ankara Police Academy, he worked at Interpol, including in the Foreign Affairs Department and as Secretary General of the Turkish IPA Section. From 2008 to 2019, he was IPA Secretary in Munich, specializing in cybercrime and prevention.

David Mössner, ZYXEL NETWORKS A/S

David Mössner has been with Zyxel since 2019. After several years in Technical Support until the fourth quarter of 2022, he took over the position of Sales Engineer for the D.A.CH region. He completed his training as an IT specialist with distinction.

Lecture “Cybersecurity 2026: Those who do not act will be hacked”

Born in 1969, studied business administration. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the IT industry, specializing in IT security since 2009. At ESET, he is responsible for strategic business development in the DACH region, represents the company in relevant associations and committees and regularly appears as a speaker and expert.

Marc Maisch

Lecture “Cybercrime 2026: Hello world, it’s all (deep)fake”

Dr. Marc Maisch is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for IT law from Munich. After studying law and completing his doctorate in data protection law at the University of Passau, he has been advising companies, particularly in the tech sector, on IT and data protection law and the prevention of cybercrime since 2017. Dr. Maisch is co-founder of the IT security conference “MCTTP” and is committed to “Germany’s best hacker”. He is also active as a speaker throughout Germany.

Daniel Stinner

Lecture “AI & PEN testing”

Daniel Stinner is Managing Director of microCAT IT-Service GmbH in Martinsried and has overall responsibility for strategy, operational management and customer and partner relations.

His core tasks include the management of large IT service, security and infrastructure projects, employee management as well as process and quality management.

His areas of expertise include IT service management, infrastructure and rollout coordination, offer and contract management as well as recruiting and employee development. In addition, he has a sound understanding of IT security, particularly when it comes to ensuring technical protection measures in IT service environments.

This also includes the consideration of pentesting requirements for customer projects, infrastructures and operational processes – including the organization, evaluation and integration of security-relevant measures into operations.

Christian Hömer, comTeam

Lecture “IT security funding – consulting and concept development”

Christian Hömer has been active in the IT industry since 2010 and supports IT service providers in their strategic development – from traditional IT projects to modern service and consulting business models. As a partner manager at the comTeam technology network, he looks after over 200 partners in southern Germany and supports them in all relevant issues relating to collaboration, positioning and value-added development. He has many years of in-depth experience in the IT channel and in working with system houses, MSPs and technology partners. Since 2019, his focus has been on funding, where he supports companies and IT service providers in financing investments in future-oriented topics in a targeted manner. For almost ten years, he has been continuously scouring the funding sector, identifying suitable programs and translating them into concrete added value for IT service providers and their customers. His focus is on making funding as easy and practical to use as possible – especially for projects relating to IT security, digitalization, process optimization and training. This creates new opportunities to implement projects more quickly, relieve pressure on budgets and actively drive sustainable development in SMEs.

Olaf Borries, LKA Berlin

Lecture “Wild West Cybercrime“

Born in 1968, he has been intensively involved with computers since 1983. He joined the Berlin Police in 1999 and has been working in the field of cybercrime since 2001, continuously since 2008. Since 2014, he has been largely responsible for setting up and supervising the Berlin Central Cybercrime Contact Point (ZAC).

Marek Weber, R&V

Presentation “Needs-based prevention thanks to cyber insurance services”

Marek Weber has been working at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG since 01.01.2017 in technical insurance with a focus on cyber risk. In addition to his work as a risk analyst / risk engineer in underwriting, he works as a security incident response manager and crisis manager and subsequently also as a claims adjuster. He has been working in the fields of security, know-how protection, business continuity management, crisis management and information security since 2006.

Torsten Töllner, CyCo

Presentation “Needs-based prevention thanks to cyber insurance services”

Torsten Töllner is Managing Director of CyCo Cyber Competence Center GmbH, the central cyber claims service provider of R+V Versicherung and the public insurers.

His professional career combines international Internet pioneering with in-depth IT security expertise: positions at AOL (American Online), TÜV Rheinland Secure IT GmbH and SEC Consult Deutschland GmbH have shaped his view of cyber risks from a technical, organizational and strategic perspective.

As an ISO/IEC 27001 auditor for many years, Torsten Töllner not only knows the theory of information security, but above all its practical implementation in companies. Today, his focus is on management and strategy issues – where technology, risk and business decisions meet. Torsten Töllner is also a lecturer at the United States International University in Nairobi, where he passes on his knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and strategic corporate management to students.

Ralf Dittmar, Senior Consultant, D-TRUST GmbH

Lecture “Electronic identities”

After graduating in applied mathematics, Mr. Ralf Dittmar worked as a developer, project manager and development manager in various information security companies. His professional focus was on security concepts and the realization of crypto products for networks and mobile devices.

Today, Mr. Dittmar works as a solution consultant with a focus on PKI, certificate-based applications and signature solutions at D-TRUST, a Bundesdruckerei company.

Annette Floren D-Trust GmbH

Lecture “Electronic signing and sealing”

Annette Floren has been working with electronic signatures and trust services for over 25 years. She initially worked as a project manager and authorized signatory at DE-CODA GmbH, which coordinated the signature activities of the IHKs. Since 2021, she has been Senior Account Manager at D-Trust GmbH, a subsidiary of Bundesdruckerei, and sells solutions for electronic signatures and seals with a focus on practical application and benefits for the private sector.

Ralf Risch, InConTra GmbH, Microsoft

Presentation “Windows 11 & Copilot+ PCs: Hardware and Software Innovations in Security and Productivity”

Ralf Risch is Managing Director of InConTra GmbH and Microsoft Master Trainer for the DACH region; specialist lecturer for operating systems, digital education and AI with many years of teaching experience, including for the IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria, didaris and the IU International University. As an expert in Copilot, Agentic AI and modern workplace solutions, he combines security, cloud architecture and practical implementation. Ralf impresses at conferences with strategic clarity, lively demos and presentations that provide impetus.

Reinald Budke-Homburg HDI General Agency Jahreis

Lecture “Small but subtle differences in cyber insurance”

Reinald Budke-Homburg is an insurance salesman, risk manager and entrepreneur. Among other things, he is managing director of the HDI agency Budke-Homburg I Koch in Osnabrück.

His consulting focus is on supporting industrial and commercial clients, risk management for SMEs and, in particular, cyber risk protection. He supports companies in the identification of digital risks, prevention and the development of customized insurance solutions. He also has particular expertise in the protection of corporate bodies. As an expert in cyber insurance and corporate risks, he is also a speaker at specialist events.

Robert Wortmanm, Trend Micro

Lecture “AI-supported anomaly detection”

Robert Wortmann is Principal Security Strategist at Trend Micro. He analyzes the activities and tactics of relevant threat actors globally and derives strategic priorities for cyber defense programs. His work focuses on combining threat landscape intelligence with architectural and organizational security decisions, with a particular focus on nation-state actors and artificial intelligence.

Thomas Lundström, SoftED Systems

Lecture “Which training courses do which employees need?”

Born in Plauen in 1974. Studied IT management in Dresden, Munich and Berlin. After four years as IT manager of an educational service provider, he has been working at SoftEd for 14 years, including as a trainer for BSI IT baseline protection, ISO 27001 and NIS-2 and as an information security consultant for public administrations and the private sector. He also works as an internal and external information security officer, participates in BSI IT baseline protection working groups and is co-author of the BSI IT baseline protection profile “5G Campus Networks”.
