Your tasks and responsibilities:
- They are the point of contact for our commercial customers.
- They are available for customer inquiries and concerns via various channels.
- They advise and support our business customers with competence and foresight, before and after the purchase.
- They process and track orders and quotations.
- You are responsible for maintaining customer master data.
- They monitor delivery dates, keep an eye on stock levels and initiate internal orders.
- You maintain and manage the data in our IT systems.
- General administrative tasks in everyday office life are also part of your job.
Your profile:
- You have completed training or a degree in the commercial sector.
- Experience in relevant B2B sales is helpful.

- SAP knowledge is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
- You are proficient in the common MS Office applications and have an affinity for the Internet.
- You enjoy dealing with business customers.
