In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in internal sales and contribute your passion for customer contact to a dynamic team. You will actively support us in the B2C area by providing our customers with competent advice and support.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- They are the first point of contact for our customers’ questions and concerns.
- You handle inquiries via various channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, etc.).
- You advise and support our customers before and after the purchase.
- You will take on general administrative tasks in everyday office life.
- You maintain customer and order data in our IT systems.
Your profile:
- Completed training or a degree in a commercial field is desirable.
- Career changers with comparable qualifications are also welcome.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
- You are adept at using MS Office and have an affinity for the Internet.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy direct contact with customers.
- You have a talent for organization and a structured way of working.
- A high degree of initiative is one of your skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
