Furtwangen, June 22, 2011 – When working with their financial institution, customers not only attach great importance to trust and security in their banking transactions.
Individual and competent support is just as important to them.
Innovative, tailor-made products and a targeted approach to customers intensify the existing relationship and contribute to a successful business relationship.
This fact is also confirmed by Dr. Florian Becker, advertising and consumer psychologist at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, in his study “Effects and value of branded end devices in electronic banking”.
According to Becker, this creates opportunities to build positive brand associations, trust and customer loyalty.
Furthermore, branded end devices stimulate recommendation behavior.
REINER SCT has developed these products and, with the optical TAN generators from the tan Jack® optic series offers sophisticated technology and maximum security combined with a unique design.
REINER SCT designs the TAN generators flexibly and individually according to the wishes of its customers.
Whether it’s a customer-specific housing color, a logo on the front or a special print on the back, the specialists for secure online banking can fulfill almost any wish quickly and cost-effectively.
Various customers of the Furtwangen security experts have already taken advantage of this service.
Jürgen Buchmann, Head of Electronic Banking, VRBank Rhein-Sieg eG, says: “The competent team and the products from REINER SCT have also convinced us. A partner who thinks along with us, be it in product development or customer-specific printing. We are absolutely satisfied with the devices from REINER SCT.”
However, anyone who cannot make up their mind also has the option of choosing from a range of free designs.
About optical TAN generators
With the optical generators from the tan Jack® optic product range, REINER SCT secures the creation of TANs for online banking.
Instead of the previous procedure with paper TAN sheets or the time-consuming operation of electronic TAN procedures, where the user has to enter the transaction data into a generator, the optical generators are more convenient to use. Manual entry is no longer necessary. The data can be transferred from the PC to the device via an optical interface in the device by simply holding it in front of the monitor.
The generator recognizes the transaction data and determines a TAN. About REINER SCT REINER SCT has been developing, manufacturing and distributing devices for chip card processing since 1997.
