The payment transaction forms for transfers, standing orders and credit transfers have been fundamentally revised in StarMoney 14. Our aim was to make payment transactions simpler and more efficient without restricting or reducing the familiar functionality.

The former address book has also been completely revised in StarMoney 14 and converted into a new function for easy management of bank contacts. Here you can intuitively create and manage bank contacts for individuals and companies. Multiple bank details for individual contacts can also be stored easily and clearly without creating redundant bank contacts.

The various analysis options in StarMoney Basic help you to understand your finances. In addition to the simple presentation of your finances, you can quickly adapt your evaluations to your individual requirements.

With StarMoney Basic you can manage your contracts optimally. The automatic recognition of your sales and the clear display make this possible. Thanks to this, you will no longer miss any deadlines.

StarMoney Basic supports you with many other helpful functions for managing your personal finances. A payment calendar, reminder function and account balance forecasts help you to plan your finances. Invoices can be scanned and transferred without typing, and you can also scan documents and save them to your turnover.

Data transfer Of course, convenient data transfer from existing StarMoney installations is also guaranteed. Already during the installation, the setup searches for already installed StarMoney versions and offers the database transfer. The databases of the StarMoney products are copied to the corresponding directory of StarMoney 14 for the transfer. The data remains unchanged for the versions already installed and the user can continue to work with these installations and data. During the data transfer, the online BPDs for the HBCI accounts used are also copied so that it is not necessary to set up the accounts again. Automatic data transfer is possible for the following StarMoney versions:

  • StarMoney 12 Basic
  • StarMoney 12 Deluxe (transfer only possible with StarMoney 14 Deluxe)
  • StarMoney 13 Basic
  • StarMoney 13 Deluxe (transfer only possible with StarMoney 14 Deluxe)

Unfortunately, data from older StarMoney versions cannot be transferred directly. We recommend that you first transfer the data to StarMoney 13 and then to 14.
