SUSY

SUSY is a unique communication system for senior citizens and consists of a base station that is placed in the living area of an elderly person, for example. Relatives can now communicate with the elderly person at any time via text, picture, video and voice messages as well as video calls. Relatives only need the free SUSY app for Android or iOS on their smartphone.

The older person does not need any technical knowledge. In emergencies, SUSY immediately alerts the next of kin.

SUSY is communicative. All you need for the base station to access the Internet is a WLAN connection at the older person’s home. If there is no Internet via DSL, cable or fiber optics, a 4/5G router with WLAN (not included) is also sufficient.

The monthly rental price includes all costs. The first month is the trial period and is always free of charge.
This is how the total usage period is made up: 1 month free trial + 12 months rental period subject to a charge.

The rental fee is billed monthly as a subscription.
After the end of the 12-month rental period, you can cancel your subscription by giving 5 days’ notice to the end of the month. To do so, send an e-mail to sales@reiner-sct.com.
