Which institutions / banks support the tanJack® photo QR (hybrid reader) from REINER SCT?
With tanJack easy , the tanJack® photo QR can be used at the following banks in browser banking in conjunction with the chipTAN optic or Smart-TAN optic procedure (flicker code):

When inserting the new girocard, “Error 00” appears in the display.
With a normal card exchange (follow-up card), you can still use your old card until the end of the year. However, as soon as you use the new card in online banking, you can no longer switch back to the old card.
No! Simply buy a new SmartTAN-photo TAN generator, such as the tanJack® photo QR, and select SmartTAN-photo in online banking – and you’re done. No further conversion or change of contract is necessary. You can obtain detailed instructions from your Volks- und Raiffeisenbank.

Yes! Smart-TAN photo is the simplest and at the same time most secure procedure since online banking has existed. The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) also confirms that the Smart-TAN photo procedure is secure.
