With the timeCard AU as a supplement to your timeCard time recording, you can automatically retrieve electronic certificates of incapacity for work (eAU) for your employees with statutory health insurance from the relevant health insurance companies. You receive prompt feedback on the reported incapacity for work in the system you use every day without having to go through your tax consultant. You can also manually manage and store the incapacity for work of your privately insured employees. With individual settings, e.g. when a sick note must be submitted, you can customize the automatic queries.

Yes, the eAU is legally binding. According to the statutory provisions, the electronic certificate of incapacity for work is legally equivalent to the conventional paper-based certificate of incapacity for work. Employers are obliged to recognize the eAU and act accordingly.
You assign the rights yourself as to who has what type of access in timeCard. You can also set up who can edit what and who can see what according to your specifications. These rights can be defined and assigned very individually.
