Product description for timeCard AU - basic version

With the timeCard AU as a supplement to your timeCard time recording, you can automatically retrieve electronic certificates of incapacity for work (eAU) for your employees with statutory health insurance from the relevant health insurance companies. You receive prompt feedback on the reported incapacity for work in the system you use every day without having to go through your tax consultant. You can also manually manage and store the incapacity for work of your privately insured employees. With individual settings, e.g. when a sick note must be submitted, you can customize the automatic queries.

Who is allowed to view time recording?

You assign the rights yourself as to who has what type of access in timeCard. You can also set up who can edit what and who can see what according to your specifications. These rights can be defined and assigned very individually.

What are the advantages of using eAU?

The use of eAU offers several advantages. Firstly, it enables faster and more efficient communication between doctors and employers, as the sick note can be transmitted digitally immediately.
