Frequently asked questions

Whether you are a small business, medium-sized company or large corporation – timeCard is industry-independent, can be customized according to your specifications and can be used from anywhere.

Working from home protects employees. But how can you check which employees are sitting at their desks and actively working? timeCard offers an attendance calendar that displays attendance in real time. Supervisors can see at a glance who is logged in and which employees are on break.

Currently, timeCard is used by over one million users in various industries in Germany.

The timeCard basic license has an unlimited term. The employee licenses have a term of 1 year and do not have to be terminated. Before the licenses expire, the system will inform you as a customer of the expiration date by e-mail. If no new licenses are registered, the software can still be viewed after the licenses expire, but it will no longer be possible to edit the data.

Transparency and security: Employers are legally on the safe side with digital time recording. You can prove compliance with working hours and break times to the legislator and therefore there is no risk of violating the Employee Protection and Labor Act.
