No more manual entry of absences in employees’ Outlook calendars. Requested and approved absences, manually entered absences and stamped absences (coming and going with reason) are automatically entered in the calendars of the employees and/or group calendars. Birthdays and anniversaries are also synchronized, for example in the head of department’s calendar.
Working from home protects employees. But how can you check which employees are sitting at their desks and actively working? timeCard offers an attendance calendar that displays attendance in real time. Supervisors can see at a glance who is logged in and which employees are on break.

You assign the rights yourself as to who has what type of access in timeCard. You can also set up who can edit what and who can see what according to your specifications. These rights can be defined and assigned very individually.
timeCard supports all common browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. We recommend the Google Chrome browser for the timeCard web application.
