Unlike in the past, this time recording terminal is not based on hardware manufactured in-house, but as an app on the platforms you are familiar with.
Nevertheless, the timeCard Terminal App still impresses with its familiar, intuitive conditions and, in particular, its suitability for mobile time recording.
Set up, with a timeCard -installation and licensed, you and your employees can book working times, absences and projects quickly and from any location.
The bookings are transferred ad-hoc (online mode) or time-delayed (offline mode) to the timeCard server.
Of course, vacation and overtime accounts can also be viewed on a daily basis.

The advantage of the web solution and the app is that they are available from any location and at any time, even when working from home. Projects and applications can be created, booked and submitted in the same way.


The purchase of hardware such as terminals, cards and transponders may incur additional one-off costs. It is up to you whether you conclude a service contract with your REINER SCT partner for the maintenance of the software and updates after installation.


A time recording system provides at least the option of recording working times digitally. There are also the features:

timeCard supports mobile time recording. The timeCard app works with the iOS and Android operating systems.


The timeCard basic license has an unlimited term. The employee licenses have a term of 1 year and do not have to be terminated. Before the licenses expire, the system will inform you as a customer of the expiration date by e-mail. If no new licenses are registered, the software can still be viewed after the licenses expire, but it will no longer be possible to edit the data.
