The warranty expires if:
The device has been opened or modified.
The device has been handled improperly.
The device has been damaged.
Please contact the transportation service provider immediately in the event of transport damage. All REINER SCT products are guaranteed for at least 24 months from the date of purchase. Repairs carried out after the warranty period has expired are subject to a charge. Please note that returns without a completed return slip may take considerably longer to process!
