SUSY overview
The SUSY communication aid was developed from the outset specifically for the needs of older people.
SUSY consists of a base station that is placed in the living area of an elderly person, for example.
Relatives can now send text, picture, video and voice messages at any time, as well as
communicate with the older person via video calls.
To do this, the relatives simply install the SUSY app on their smartphones.
The elderly person does not need any technical knowledge. In emergencies, SUSY alerts the relatives straight away.
SUSY is communicative. All you need for the base station’s Internet access is a WLAN at
of the older person.
More than half of the over-85s already live alone
Many of the loneliest people cannot use a cell phone or tablet
Only 25% of adult children live close to their parents
