Procedure of the product test

We will inform you whether we have selected you

You will receive all the necessary information by e-mail and the SUSY base station by parcel service

You have a personal contact during commissioning and the test phase

You put the product through its paces for several weeks

Then fill out a questionnaire online

We will collect the product from you again

You will gain an insight into the future of simple communication with senior citizens and we will find out how we can make the product even better.

Are there any costs for me?

The product test is free of charge on the part of REINER SCT. The transportation and packaging costs are of course borne by us.

What to do if you have questions?

During commissioning and the test phase, you will have a personal contact person. You can reach them by telephone and e-mail.

Is SUSY insured during the test phase?

Yes.
