Requested and approved absences, manually entered absences and stamped absences (coming and going with reason) are automatically entered in the calendars of employees and/or group calendars. In addition, birthdays and anniversaries are synchronized, for example in the department head’s calendar.

As soon as an absence in timeCard the system automatically activates the appropriate message – including the period or replacement – and deactivates it again when the employee returns. Employees and IT don’t have to worry about anything.

The result: an efficient, error-free process, fewer queries and confident external communication with customers and partners at all times. Companies gain time, avoid risks and noticeably increase professionalism in their day-to-day business.

With timeCard ExchangeSync Calendar*, all relevant absence and event data is transferred directly from the timeCard time recording into the Outlook calendars of your employees and group calendars. Requested and approved vacations, sick notes, manually recorded absences or clocked in/out times – everything is synchronized in real time and completely server-based.

This allows teams, managers and HR departments to keep track of availabilities at all times – without additional effort or duplicate data entry. Birthdays, anniversaries and public holidays can also be automatically taken into account and entered for specific target groups.
