The essential characteristics of the goods and services are those found in the respective product description provided by the seller.

The conclusion of the contract is carried out in accordance with section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&Cs) of the seller.

The payment shall be made in accordance with section 4 and the delivery in accordance with section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&Cs) of the seller.

 

The contract text is stored by the seller and sent to the customer after sending his/her order in addition to the GT&Cs and customer information in text form (e.g. e-mail, fax or letter). The contract text may no longer be accessible to customers on the seller's website, however, once the order has been shipped.

Before a binding order is submitted, the customer can correct entries using the standard keyboard and mouse functions. In addition, all entries will be displayed once again in a confirmation window so that the customer may correct them using standard keyboard and mouse functions before submitting the order.

Only German is available for concluding the contract.
